Things were looking great for Mitchell Oldenburg in 2017. The Troy Lee Designs/GoPro/Red Bull/KTM rider had shown great speed through the season in the 250 class, but two broken collarbones from separate crashes halted his momentum. Wait, two broken collarbones in six months time? Yeah, and that brought Oldenburg’s total number of busted clavicles up to fourteen. Although he has been sidelined for much of the summer, Oldenburg has stayed active with Tyla Rattray’s training program in Florida and expects to be back on the bike very soon.
