Yamalube/Star Racing/Yamaha’s Dylan Ferrandis turned a lot of heads this year during his Freshman year as an American Supercross racer, as he only finished outside of the top ten one time. Ferrandis maintained consistency throughout the 250SX West Coast series by finishing inside the top five nearly every weekend, but his most impressive finishes came in East Rutherford, NJ after finishing up on the box in second. The #108 showed everyone that he’s ready to get down to business once the 2018 SX season rolls around, but until then he’s headed outdoors – a form of motocross racing that he’s very familiar with thanks to his background as an MXGP racer. We had a chance to chat with Ferrandis following practice at the Las Vegas SX, so check out what he has to say in regards to his Freshman year as a SX racer.
