Round 4 – High Point Raceway, Mt. Morris, PA – June 17, 2017

It was a mixed bag of racing for the Bell Helmet pro motocrossers this weekend at the 2017 High Point MX. Aaron Plessinger led the way, placing his Moto-9 Flex helmet on the podium with a pair of 3rd place finishes, followed by Dylan Ferrandis in 4th with 4/4 moto finishes. The Pro Circuit team put in consistent results for the day with Austin Forkner leading the charge with 6/6 moto finishes. Joey Savatgy took 7th overall and Adam Cianciarulo finished 9th. Rockstar Yamaha’s Mitchell Harrison rounded out the top ten.

In the premier 450cc class, Bell’s Eli Tomac had another off-again, on-again weekend. Tomac set the 4th fastest qualifying time and then in Moto One he went down on the opening lap and got back up in dead last and worked his way up to 12th. It was a different story in Moto Two, however, as Tomac had a much better start and took control of the lead early, never looking back to take the overall win. Cooper Webb had one of his best rides to date for 5th overall.

Eli Tomac was cold and then hot, posting 12/1 moto results.

Cooper Webb posted 6/5 moto finishes for 5th overall.

Aaron Plessinger put his Star Racing Rockstar Yamaha and his Moto-9 Flex on the podium in third.

Austin Forker finished with 6/6 moto finishes – for sixth overall!

Dylan Ferrandis was 4th overall on the day.

Up in Canada, Bell Helmets’ Matt Goerke has now taken control of the points lead in the Canadian Pro Motocross series with his 2/1 moto finishes this weekend in Calgary.

Bell Helmets’ UTV pilot, Kyle Chaney, won the IXCR round in Medora, IN.

Congrats to Amanda Brown who got on the podium in third in the first moto at the WMX this weekend at High Point.

Ty Davis has won more races than anyone can begin to count – and he’s still winning! This time it was the 40A class at the Mammoth Mountain Motocross.
