A few weeks ago we posted an artist’s rendering of the Matterley Basin track map for the 2017 Motocross of Nations and some old GoPro onboard footage of the English track. We heard the layout had undergone some serious renovations, but until now we’d only seen photos of the new obstacles that were erected in the British hillside. A YouTube filmer under the title of MotoHead recently put together a true first look at the track with Team Great Britain’s Tommy Searle and Dean Wilson, and we have to say that we’re even more excited to see the best racers in the world do battle this coming weekend. The eight-foot BMX-style start and technical SX-ish jumps are a feature that we’ve never seen at the MXON, so this should really shake things up when the gate drops.
