A few months ago we heard rumbles about a special line of collaboration gear that was to be released by Fox Racing. No matter how hard we hounded the guys for information, they refused to share any hints of their partner in the project. Last week we finally spotted images of jerseys and pants with Supreme branding and this morning the New York-based skate and streetwear powerhouse posted the full collection on their website. The collection includes jerseys, pants, VUE goggles, V2 helmets, ProFrame roost deflectors, gloves, and grips.

This is the latest project from the Moto-X Lab portion of Fox Racing, the small “skunk works” division that focuses on high-tech racing gear and special releases. Per our talk with Fox Racing reps over the weekend in Las Vegas, all sales of this collection will occur through Supreme’s storefronts around the world (New York, London, Los Angeles, Paris, Tokyo) and on their website. Original plans had Ken Roczen wearing the gear at a round of the 2018 Monster Energy Supercross Series, but his hand injury may push this back to Hangtown, if it occurs at all.

Supreme’s weekly releases are notorious for selling out within moments, as lines will form at their stores and thousands bombard the website when the products are added on Thursday. Past collaborations from Supreme with brands include Louis Vuitton, Hanes, The North Face, Simpson Racing, and Levi’s, all of which garnered mainstream appeal.

The press release regarding the collection is posted in full below…

In 1974, Geoff Fox launched Moto-X Fox in Campbell, California. Initially a distributor of European parts, Moto-X Fox began developing and manufacturing its own components. Shortly after, Moto-X Fox assembled a professional motocross team, who competed in vibrantly colorful racewear handmade by Geoff. Fans began calling Fox's Campbell shop looking to purchase Fox Racing uniforms. Four decades later, Fox Racing's distinctive designs have become synonymous with motocross globally.

Supreme has worked with Fox Racing on a new collection for Spring 2018. The collection consists of a Moto Jersey Top, Moto Pant, V2 Helmet, Vue Goggles, Proframe Roost Deflector Vest, Bomber LT Gloves, and Moto Hand Grip.

Made exclusively for Supreme, the V2 Helmet features a fiberglass shell, dual density EPS liner, and ventilation system including ten intake and four exhaust vents. The V2 Helmet meets ECE 22.05 and D.O.T. certifications. The Proframe Roost Deflector Vest features neck support compatibility, an integrated buckle system, and removable back panel.

Available in-store NY, Brooklyn, LA, London, Paris and online May 10th. Available in Japan on May 12th.
