Dean Wilson Explains The Final Details For 2019 Supercross Season
We’ve seen nonstop comments from race fans regarding Dean Wilson’s deal for the 2019 Monster Energy Supercross Series and no matter how many we reply to, someone still misses seeing the message. When a deal to field three 450 class riders at the Rockstar Energy Racing Husqvarna team fell through, Wilson was able to secure a very high level of support from Husqvarna, WP, and Rockstar Energy that will carry him through the opening rounds of the championship, while allowing the option to take a fill-in ride should the opportunity arise. In addition to the technical support from those companies and other, Wilson garnered funding from companies like O’Neal Racing, Alpinestars, Ignite Cannabis, Artificial Grass Liquidators, and Epoxy It SoCal that will give him a pit presence unlike anyone else in the paddock.
So with that level of support, it comes as no surprise that Wilson has not taken a fill-in ride with Rockstar Energy Racing Husqvarna or Rocky Mountain ATV-MC/WPS/KTM, and he will show off his full setup for the first time this weekend at the 2019 Anaheim One Supercross.
During a day at the Lake Elsinore Supercross practice track, the crew from British site MXVice.com caught up with Dean and put together a full edit that answers the questions and shows his speed.
