Fox Racing’s decision to launch their skunkworks Moto-X Lab division in 2017 was a wise move by the iconic gear company. In the time since they have worked on collaboration gear sets with Portland motorcycle shop-coffee spot See See Motor Coffee Co., streetwear powerhouse Supreme, and now ATWYLD, a California brand aimed at producing motorcycle apparel for women.

The ATWYLD line is very similar to the products that were made with See See, as the pants and jersey have features are uncommon in typical racewear and are more rugged, indicators that it is meant for more than just days at the track. The pants are made with Cordura, lycra, and cotton, feature leather abrasion panels along the legs, and have a traditional style belt closure while the jersey is made from thick cotton and polyester. The cut of both items is to fit with the feminine form but retains the riding position necessary. To complete the full kit, ATWYLD and SHIFT MX have a burly glove with D30 impact protection along the knuckles, a special scheme of the White Label helmet (ECE and DOT approved) and White Label goggles.

One of the major trends seen in the powersports market over recent years is the rise in participation by women, as many want to experience the thrill of two-wheels in the desert, at the track, or on the road. With brands like ATWYLD and SHIFT MX doing their part, we’re sure to see some new participants to the sport.

The full collection, among many other items, is now available through ATWYLD’s online retail spot…
