Cooper & Tomac Qualify Quickest At 2018 Washougal Motocross
Timed qualifying has come to a close at the 2018 Washougal Motocross, round nine of the 2018 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. Warm weather and a lack of rain in the Pacific Northwest has resulted in a very dry circuit, which means riders will have an even trickier track to compete on later today.

Despite the fact that this morning’s practice laps were his first-ever on the Washougal circuit, Justin Cooper clocked the quickest time of the 250 class. The Monster Energy/Yamalube/Star/Yamaha Factory Racing rider posted a 2:11.328 to the 2:11.452 that was posted by Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Joey Savatgy. Cooper and Savatgy were the only 250 class riders in the 2:11 range, as the rest of the top-ten put in laps between 2:12 and 2:13.
