After missing much of the year with injuries, Justin Bogle is set to return to the race track this weekend at the 2018 Southwick Motocross round of the 2018 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. The AutoTrader/Yoshimura/Suzuki Factory Racing rider lined up for only two events so far this year, the 2018 Oakland Supercross and the 2018 Glendale Supercross, but was landed on by another rider in the opening moments of a Heat Race at the 2018 San Diego Supercross. Bogle broke his humerus bone (upper arm) and fractured the L2 vertebra in his lower back, with the arm injury requiring a surgery to install a rod.

Although he was cleared to resume riding in the Spring, he told the team that he would like to take the time needed to prepare and train to be at his best when the time came to return to racing. With that, he has split time between Ricky Carmichael’s GOAT Farm and the JGRMX practice facility.

Bogle currently holds a one-year deal with the AutoTrader/Yoshimura/Suzuki Factory Racing team, a deal that expires at the conclusion of this summer.
