The 2019 KTM 450SXF Factory Edition has updates to the engine and suspension, as well as an orange frame, holeshot device, Akrapovic slip-on silencer, brake disc guard, skid plate, orange sprocket, updated D.I.D. Dirt Star rims and new clamps that change from a 20 to 22mm offset. All these changes are great. But it seems KTM didn’t address any of the issues we had with the 2019 KTM 450SXF. Such as the closed off airbox and mapping. KTM mentioned that the updates to the engine will improve the bottom end response that the 2019 KTM 450SXF was lacking.
