Final Results - Australian Downhill National Championships


With less than a month to go until the first round of the World Cup season in Maribor, this weekend saw the downhill national champions of Australia being crowned in Bright, Victoria. Troy Brosnan laid down an impressive run that would see him put a gap of over two seconds into Dean Lucas. Coming off a third-place finish at last weeks EWS round in Tasmania Connor Fearon would finish 3.6 seconds back putting him in another bronze medal position. In the Elite Women's category defending champion Tracey Hannah would take the win again but only by 0.5 seconds. Sian A'Hern was so close to taking the win but would have to settle for the silver medal position this year. Tegan Molloy would round out the top three 14 seconds back.
