Final Results: Andes Pacifico 2019

After five days and 164 kilometers in the saddle, the 2019 Andes Pacifico has come to a close. The riders have fought the infamous Chilean anti-grip across 18 stages but who has come out on top? After dropping into second place following the third day Pedro Burns fought hard on the final day to reclaim the lead and become the first Chilean man to win the event. In the women's race fellow Chilean Florencia Espiñeira dominated the competition by winning every stage. She was untouchable throughout the week and it was no surprise to see her take the win. The Chilean domination would continue further with Felipe Vasquez winning the Master category with two more Chileans on his heels.
